To open a Private Mailbox with
Postal Plus Express, the requirements are very specific and not subject to negotiation. The requirements are specified in U.S. Postal Service Regulations and U.S. Federal Law. (Note: Please address your complaints regarding these requirements to your elected representatives not to Team Postal Plus Express.)
All paperwork must be completed at the store and in conjunction with an authorized store employee or requires a Notarized Copy of Identification to be provided. The following forms are required for each Adult and/or Business Entity that will be receiving mail. The store has the forms on hand that can be mailed or faxed if you encounter any problems with downloading the forms. If you will be in Las Vegas, please stop in the store and let one of our staff do the paperwork for you. Postal Plus Express Private Mailbox Application Packet. The Packet Contains all forms that MAY be needed during the application process. Please read the instructions or call our friendly staff for assistance. Do not return forms that are not needed. Forms may be faxed to open box, but All Originals Must Be Mailed to the store with in 10 business days of box will be closed.
Not included in mailbox application packet is the Agreement for Resident Agent. As this form is unique only to those requiring this service. If you need Resident Agent/Registered Agent Services, please contact us for the required paperwork. |
